This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Information if anyone decides to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The data collected is used to provide and improve the Service. While I do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number, I utilize third-party services (such as AdMob and Firebase) that may collect and process device identifiers and other technical data. Your consent for the collection of data for personalized advertising will be requested the first time you use the app. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

The app does not directly collect personally identifiable information. However, it may collect and share technical data such as your device identifier with third-party services (like AdMob and Firebase) for the purposes of application functionality, usage analytics, and advertising.

The legal basis for processing personal data for application functionality and usage analytics is our legitimate interest in improving the Service. For personalized advertising, the legal basis is your consent, which will be requested via a Consent Management Platform (CMP) when you first launch the app.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device. The main services used are detailed below:

I use Firebase for usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) and error reporting (Firebase Crashlytics) to improve the app’s stability and performance. You can learn more about how Firebase processes data here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Log Data

In case of an error in the app, I may collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase Crashlytics) on your device called Log Data. This may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This Service does not use cookies directly. However, third-party code and libraries used by the app (such as AdMob and Firebase) may use cookies and other identifiers to collect information and improve their services (e.g., to provide relevant advertising and usage analytics). You will have the option to accept or refuse the use of these non-essential identifiers through our Consent Management Platform (CMP) upon launching the app. If you choose to refuse them, some parts of the Service, such as personalized advertising, may not function properly.

I may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;
  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
  • To perform Service-related services;
  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties may have access to your device information but are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Please be aware that data collected by third-party services (such as AdMob and Firebase) may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Google, as a provider of these services, adheres to recognized privacy compliance mechanisms to ensure your data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
